Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of clinic intervention on antihypertensive effects and medication compliance in patients with hypertension. MethodsA total of 148 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group was treated with clinic procedure. The intervention group was given intervention on the basis of general clinic procedure. The pharmacists helped explain the importance of drug use. Outpatient doctors visited  to the medical records of the selected medical records and the health education of hypertension was carried out. Patients were required to return  once every two weeks. The situation of blood pressure and blood pressure were measured and recorded by the outpatient nurses. Three months later， the medication compliance and blood pressure of  two groups were statistically analyzed. ResultsThe medication compliance and blood pressure control rate in intervention group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05). ConclusionClinic intervention by outpatient doctors can enhance the medication compliance of patients and effectively improve the hypertension control.
