Abstract

Abstract: Gastric cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors. The developmental model of intestinal type gastric cancer is “Glandatrophyintestinalmetaplasiadysplasiagastric cancer”, which is a multifactor, multistep process. Therefore, screening and followup management in high risk populations, early detection and treatment of precancerous changes，are the main strategies for prevention of gastric cancer. This review summarizes the early warning, early diagnosis and prevention of carcinogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis.
