膳食炎症指数与神经退行性疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要

阿尔兹海默症、抑郁症、帕金森症等是最常见的神经系统疾病,具有较高发病率和严重危害,给患者家庭及社会带来沉重负担。饮食是产生炎症的重要部分来源,膳食炎症指数(dietary inflammatory index, DII)是一种以食物摄入为基础,用来反映饮食整体炎症潜力的指标。通过计算食物中的潜在炎症因子和抗炎因子的比例,可评估饮食对于炎症反应的影响。现代研究发现DII与多种神经退行性疾病有关,本文对DII与常见神经炎症相关疾病之间的关系进行综述,为预防神经退行性疾病的饮食干预提供指导和新的研究思路。
