摘要:
维生素D是一种具有一定生物活性的脂溶性类固醇衍生物,通过作用于甲状旁腺、骨骼、肠道和肾小管等靶器官来调节钙磷代谢,以维持血钙和血磷稳态。有研究表明维生素D在肺部微环境的免疫环节发挥重要作用。免疫因素在支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病机制、症状和预防等方面占据重要地位。因此,本文总结了近年来维生素D与支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究进展,以期为未来研究与临床治疗决策提供参考。
