皮肤搔抓障碍的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

皮肤搔抓障碍(skin picking disorder, SPD)又称抠皮障碍(excoriation disordr),是以反复、强迫地搔抓、抠挖、摩擦或挤压皮肤,导致组织损伤及明显的痛苦或功能受损为特征。由于其病因复杂、临床表现多样,对该病认知不足,导致诊断及治疗率低。本文对SPD的概念变迁与诊断分类、流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗等进行综述,旨在为临床工作提供参考。
